مقررات ورود به استاديوم آزادی راهنمای ورود به ورزشگاه: تماشاگران عزيزی که با مراجعه به وب سايت سامانه به آدرس footballeticket.ir ، با کدملی بليت خريده اند باید برای تماشای مسابقه و استقرار خود، مراحل ذيل را طی نمايند: • با همراه داشتن کارت ملی يا شناسنامه، به درب ورودی مراجعه کرده و کارت ملی خود را به دستگاه بارکدخوان موجود در ورودی مذکور نزديک نماييد.(افرادی که با کد ملی بليت خريده اند نمی توانند با کارت ديگری بجز کارت ملی وارد ورزشگاه شوند.) • در صورتيکه بليت مسابقه حاضر را خريداری کرده باشيد، چراغ ورودی سبز شده وشما ميتوانيد وارد استاديوم شويد. • در محوطه ورزشگاه با استفاده از راهنمای محل استقرار و تابلوهای راهنمای نصب شده در ورزشگاه، گيتِ مرتبط با موقعيت استقرار خود را که در رسيد درج شده در سايت نمايش داده شده ،پيدا نماييد . • با ورود به گيت مورد نظر و نزديک کردن کارت ملی خود به بارکدخوان، گيتِ مرتبط با موقعيت استقرار باز شده و شما میتوانيد وارد استاديوم شويد . • با استفاده از راهنمای محل استقرار و راهنماهای نصب شده در استاديوم، بلوک، رديف و صندلی خود را پيدا کرده و مستقر شويد. • در صورتيکه در استاديوم به هر علتی جهت استقرار با مشکل مواجه شديد، به بازرسان مستقر در ورزشگاه که کارتخوان همراه دارند، مراجعه نماييد. اقلام خطرناک • اسلحه از هر نوع (از جمله برای دفاع از خود)، مهمات يا اجزای تفنگ، اشياء سوراخدار يا تيغه دار ،چاقو، سلاحهای سرد يا اشيايی که امکان اعمال خشونت را فراهم می آورد. • مواد منفجره، چاشنی ها و اقلامی که حاوی يا پنهان کننده چنين اقلام ممنوعه هستند. هر شی ديگری که می تواند به عنوان سلاح، برای بريدن، يا چاقو زدن، يا به عنوان پرتابه استفاده شود، يا هر شيئی که به نظر برگزارکنندگان رويداد می تواند ايمنی ديگران را به خطر بيندازد، از جمله چتر يا چتر ساحلی، کلاه ايمنی موتورسيکلت، کلاه های سخت و ساير اشياء مشابه؛ • ابزار کار از هر نوع؛ • تجهيزات محافظ بدن يا کرست (مگر اينکه با ارائه نسخه پزشکی مجاز باشد)، از جمله جليقه های ضد گلوله و اقلام مورد وقابل اشتعال، رنگ ها يا ظروف حاوی مواد مضر برای سلامتی يا بسيار قابل اشتعال؛ • قمقمه و فلاسک از هر نوع؛ • بطریها، فنجانها، کوزه ها، قوطی ها يا هر شکل ديگری از ظرف بسته يا درپوش که ممکن است پرتاب شود يا باعث آسيب شود، وهمچنين ساير اشياء ساخته شده از شيشه يا هر ماده شکستنی ديگر يا به ويژه بسته های سخت يا جعبه های حرارتی سخت. • وسايل ورزشی (به استثنای لباس) مانند توپ های بادی، بدون در نظر گرفتن اندازه، و فريزبی. • ساير اقلام باد شده يا بادی مانند بادکنک. • دوچرخه، رولربليد، اسکيت برد، اسکوتر ضربه ای واسکوتر برقی .کالسکه های کودک مجاز به آوردن در محيط بيرونی استاديوم به شرط در دسترس بودن امکانات ذخيره سازی اختصاصی هستند. • وسايل بزرگ مانند پله ها، نيمکت ها، صندلی های تاشو، جعبه ها، ظروف مقوايی، کيف های بزرگ، کوله پشتی، چمدان و کيف های ورزشی« .بزرگ« به معنای هر جسمی است که مجموع سه بعد طول، عرض و ارتفاع آنها از ٧٥ سانتیمتر تجاوز میکند و نمیتوان آنها را زير يک صندلی در ورزشگاه نگهداری کرد. • مقادير قابل توجهی کاغذ يا هر رول کاغذ؛ • هر مقدار مواد پودری، آرد يا مواد مشابه (عناصر آرايشی کوچک مانند پودر فشرده، سايه، رژگونه ،رژ لب، براق و غيره مجاز است.) مواد غذايی / مايعات / اقلام مصرفی به استثنای ضدعفونی کننده های دستی که بيش از ١٠٠ ميلیليتر نباشد، هر مايعی که حاوی الکل باشد، از جمله هر گونه نوشيدنی الکلی ، • هر مايع ديگر بيش از ١٠٠ ميلی ليتر، مگر اينکه اين مايعات در داخل ورزشگاه خريداری شود ،به استثنای( ١) شير بچه و آب استريل شده در ظروف (از جمله در ظروف شيشه ای) که بيش از ١ ليتر برای هر کودک نباشد، و( ٢) مايعات تا ٥٠٠ ميلی ليتری که به دلايل پزشکی مورد نياز است اما فقط در صورت ارائه گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برای آن در نظر گرفته شده است. • اقلام غذايی از هر نوع، به استثنای مواردی که در داخل ورزشگاه تهيه شده باشد يا از نظر پزشکی مورد نياز باشد يا برای نوزادان يا نوزادان خردسال (حداکثر ١ ليتر برای هر کودک .(اقلام غذايی مورد نياز به دلايل پزشکی تنها در صورت ارائه گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برای آنها در نظر گرفته شده است، در داخل ورزشگاه مجاز خواهند بود .هر اقلام غذايی مجاز بايد در ظروفی بسته بندی شود که از شيشه ساخته نشده باشد يا در موارد ديگر مغاير با اين آيين نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه نباشد. • مواد مخدر، مواد مخدر يا محرکها از هر نوع، به استثنای موادی که به دلايل پزشکی ضروری هستند، در صورتی که گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برايش در نظر گرفته شده باشد ارائه شود .داروهايی که توسط قانون ايران ممنوع يا محدود نشده اند، در مقادير بيش از يک بسته از بيش از ٧ داروی مختلف مجاز هستند و بايد در بسته بندی کارخانه باشند. پرچم ها و اقلام سياسی / توهين آميز / تجاری • هر گونه مواد، از جمله بنرها، پرچم ها، آگهی ها، پوشاک و ساير لوازم، که ماهيت سياسی ،توهين آميز و/يا تبعيض آميز دارند، حاوی عبارات، نمادها يا هر ويژگی ديگری با هدف تبعيض از هر نوع عليه يک کشور، اما نه محدود به آن، شخص يا گروه خصوصی به دليل نژاد، رنگ پوست ،قوميت، منشاء ملی يا اجتماعی، جنسيت، ناتوانی، زبان، مذهب، عقايد سياسی يا هر عقيده ديگری ،تولد، ثروت يا هر موقعيت ديگر، گرايش جنسی يا به هر دليل ديگری؛ • پرچمها، بنرها و پوسترها به استثنای آنهايی که ابعاد آنها از ٢ متر در ١٫٥ متر تجاوز نمیکند يا از قبل توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد به صورت کتبی تأييد نشده باشد، مشروط بر اينکه در تمام موارد اين پرچمها، بنرها يا پوسترها از مواد غير قابل اشتعال ساخته شده باشند. به هيچ وجه تحت اين آيين نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه ممنوع نيست .همه اين موارد بايد در ورودی استاديوم برای بازرسی توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد ارائه شوند. ميله های پرچم از هر نوع، به استثنای ميله های منعطف يا به اصطلاح دو قطبی ساخته شده از پلاستيک غيرقابل اشتعال که از ١ متر طول و ١ سانتیمتر قطر تجاوز نمیکنند و در غير اين صورت توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد خطر ايمنی تلقی نمی شوند. • هر شیء تبليغاتی يا تجاری، پوشاک يا مواد ديگر • اقلام الکترونيکی، موسيقی و مخابراتی • دستگاه های راديويی الکترونيکی يا فرکانس بالا يا هر وسيله ديگری که ممکن است منجر به قطع يا خرابی پخش يا عملکرد فناوری اطلاعات در ورزشگاه شود. • هر ابزار موسيقی (مکانيکی يا دستی) که به راحتی در پنجره اسکنر چمدان اشعه ايکس( ٦٠ سانتی متر در ٤٠ سانتی متر) برای غربالگری امنيتی قرار نمی گيرد .دارندگان بليت ممکن است آلات موسيقی بزرگتر از اندازه مشخص شده پنجره را به شرط تاييد قبلی سازمان دهندگان رويداد و غربالگری امنيتی همراه داشته باشند .اگر صدای منتشر شده از دستگاه مربوطه با عمليات رويداد يا لذت ساير دارندگان بليط تداخل ايجاد کند، سازماندهنده رويداد مربوطه ممکن است از دارندگان بليط بخواهد استفاده از آلات موسيقی را متوقف کنند. • وسايل الکترونيکی، مکانيکی يا دستی که صدا يا ساير صداهای بيش از حد بلند توليد می کنند، مانند وووزلا، سوت، بلندگو و غيره. بخاری های طبل نيز ممنوع هستند .برگزارکنندگان رويداد ممکن است از دارندگان بليط بخواهند که استفاده از دستگاه های مجاز در داخل استاديوم را متوقف کنند ،اگر صدای منتشر شده از دستگاه مربوطه در عملکرد رويداد يا لذت ساير دارندگان بليط تداخل ايجاد کند. • ابزارهايی که پرتوهای ليزر، نشانگرهای ليزری يا تشعشعات مشابه ساطع می کنند. • هر نوع تجهيزات تلويزيونی و مخابراتی (از جمله دوربين های فيلمبرداری حرفه ای) يا ساير تجهيزات حرفه ای که قابليت ضبط صدا و تصوير را داشته باشد. • بيش از يک مجموعه باتری اضافی يا واحدهای قابل شارژ برای هر دستگاهی که طبق اين آيين نامه اخلاق ورزشگاه مجاز است 1 .پاوربانک در هر اندازه برای هر نفر مجاز است. • هر نوع پايه برای تجهيزات عکس و فيلم، مانند سه پايه، مونوپاد و ميله های »سلفی«؛ • هواپيماهای بدون سرنشين و هر هواپيمای کنترل از راه دور؛ • دوربين های دوچشمی (به استثنای مواردی که توسط دارندگان بليط کم بينا که دارای گواهی پزشکی معتبر به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی هستند) و ساير تجهيزات بزرگنمايی نوری، به جز لنزهای دوربين عکاسی برای مقاصد غيرحرفه ای استفاده می شود. برگزارکنندگان رويداد اين حق را برای خود محفوظ میدارند که تصميم نهايی را در مورد ممنوعيت ورود يا ورود کالا به ورزشگاه بگيرند، که بايد رعايت شود. رفتار در استاديوم ١. همه افرادی که وارد ورزشگاه میشوند، داخل و خارج میشوند، به جز مواردی که صراحتاً توسط سازماندهندگان رويداد، در صورت لزوم، از جمله در رابطه با افراد معتبر که مطابق با شرايط و ضوابط معتبر اعتبارسنجی خود عمل میکنند، مجوز داده شده باشد: ١٫١ به گونه ای رفتار کنند که باعث آسيب، جراحت، خطر، مانع تراشی غير ضروری، زنگ خطر يا ناراحتی ديگران نشود و به اموال آسيبی وارد نشود. ١٫٢پيروی از تمام دستورالعمل ها و دستورالعمل های ارائه شده توسط سازمان دهندگان رويداد، پليس يا ساير مقامات/افسران خدمات اضطراری؛ ١٫٣فقط به مناطق استاديوم که توسط بليط آنها مجاز است ،يا مناطق استاديوم تعيين شده توسط عملکردی که برای آن اعتبارنامه دارند، دسترسی داشته باشند، و آنها بايد فقط از طريق ورودی(های) تعيين شده به اين مناطق دسترسی داشته باشند، مگر اينکه توسط سازمان دهندگان رويداد مربوطه دستور ديگری داده شود. ۴١٫ .اگر برگزارکنندگان رويداد مربوطه به دلايل ايمنی و امنيتی چنين دستوری داده اند، صندلی تعيين شده يا اشغال شده خود را خالی کنند. ۵١٫ در صورت نياز سازماندهندگان رويداد يا يک مقام بهداشتی محلی، از ماسک صورت يا محافظ صورت مجاز بر اساس اين آييننامه رفتاری ورزشگاه استفاده کنيد، مگر اينکه به دلايل پزشکی با گواهی پزشکی معاف باشد. ۶١٫.بلافاصله اقدامات لازم را انجام دهيد تا سازمان دهندگان رويداد، پليس يا ساير مقامات خدمات اضطراری را در صورت اطلاع از حادثه ای در ورزشگاه يا اطراف آن يا هر گونه خسارت وارده به اموال استاديوم مطلع کنند. ٢. همه افرادی که وارد ورزشگاه میشوند، داخل و خارج میشوند، در صورت لزوم، از جمله در مورد افراد معتبری که مطابق با شرايط و ضوابط معتبر اعتبارسنجی خود عمل میکنند، به صراحت توسط سازماندهندگان رويداد اجازه داده نشده باشد، نبايد: ٢٫١هر اقلامی را که طبق اين آيين نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه يا هر قانون، مقررات، خط مشی ها و رويه های قابل اجرا ديگری ممنوع است، به ورزشگاه بياوريد يا در آن ذخيره کنيد. ٢٫٢ وارد زمين بازی يا مناطقی که بلافاصله در اطراف زمين بازی قرار دارند؛ ٢٫٣ .پرتاب اشيا، مواد يا مايعات از هر نوع، به ويژه به سمت شخص ديگری يا در جهت زمين بازی يا منطقه اطراف زمين بازی. ۴٢٫ آتش زدن، رها کردن يا پرتاب آتش بازی، شراره، اسلحه، بمب دودزا يا ساير وسايل دودزا، وسايل آتشنشان يا ساير وسايلی که اثرات مشابهی دارند. ۵٢٫ محدود کردن، مسدود کردن يا مسدود کردن گذرگاه ها، باندها، راه پله ها و خيابان ها، ورودی ها و خروجی ها به ورزشگاه، دسترسی به مکان های نشستن و خروجی های اضطراری، يا مسدود کردن يا تداخل در مناطق باز برای ترافيک، يا در غير اين صورت به گونه ای عمل کنيد که می تواند باعث ازدحام جمعيت شود. روشی که خطر له شدن جمعيت، ازدحام جمعيت يا اغتشاش عمومی را ايجاد می کند. ۶٢٫ دسترسی يا تسهيل دسترسی ديگران به مناطقی که برای عموم بسته است يا دسترسی دارندگان بليط يا تحت شرايط و ضوابط اعتبارنامه مجاز نيست، مانند اتاقهای عمليات استاديوم، اتاقهای VIP، اتاقهای مطبوعات و غيره؛ ٢٫٧ انجام هر گونه رفتار ضداجتماعی، ترويج هر گونه رفتار خشونت آميز، ارعاب کننده، تهديدآميز يا آسيب زننده ،يا رفتار خود ،يا نشان دادن تمايل به رفتار خشونت آميز، ناشايست، تهديدآميز و مضر يا رفتاری که ممکن است نظم عمومی را مختل کند يا موجب توهين به يک فرد شود. فرد معقول؛ ٢٫٨ به گونهای عمل کنيد که ممکن است خطرناک، تحريکآميز، تهديدآميز، توهي نآميز و/يا تبعيض آميز تلقی شود يا ممکن است باعث ترس فرد از امنيت خود شود. ٢٫٩ ترساندن، اذيت کردن، آزار و اذيت جسمی، جنسی و/يا ذهنی هر شخص ديگری، از جمله بازيکنان و مقامات درگير در مسابقه؛ ٢٫١٠ ايجاد يا انجام هر عملی که می تواند تهديدی برای زندگی خود يا ديگران باشد ،يا آسيب رساندن يا آسيب رساندن به شخصی؛ ٢٫١١ روی صندلیهای محوطه تماشاگران بايستيد يا به هر نحوی ديد دارندگان بليت را بهطور غيرمنطقی مسدود کنيد، از جمله ايستادن در محوطههای ورزشگاه که مخصوص تماشاگران معلول است. ٢٫١٢ بالا رفتن از سازه ها و تاسيسات ممنوعه برای استفاده عمومی، مانند نرده های بسته، ديوارها، نرده های سيمی، موانع، تيرهای نور، سکوهای دوربين، درختان، استخرها يا بالای پشت بام. ٢٫١٣ استفاده از لباس يا وسايل ديگر برای پنهان کردن صورت يا ممانعت از هويت فرد، به غير از ماسک های اجباری صورت که برای اهداف بهداشتی استفاده می شود ،يا سرپوش ملی، فرهنگی يا مذهبی؛ ۴٢٫١ فحش دادن يا شعار دادن به شيوه ای سياسی، توهين آميز و/يا تبعيض آميز؛ ۵٢٫١ به روشی توهين آميز يا ناپسند با خط زدن، چشمک زدن، درآوردن اقلام لباس يا باقی ماندن در حالت درآوردن يا آشکار کردن و/يا افشای اعضای بدن يا اتخاذ رفتاری که احتمالاً به استانداردهای نجابت فعلی در سازمان دهندگان رويداد توهين می کند. نظر معقول. برای جلوگيری از شک، خالکوبی بدن و رنگ بدن به منزله لباس نيستند. ۶٢٫١علائم قابل توجهی از قرار گرفتن تحت تأثير الکل، مواد مخدر يا هر ماده مخدر را نشان می دهد . ٢٫١٧ .با انداختن اشيايی مانند زباله، بسته بندی، ظروف خالی و غيره، خود را در هر مکانی غير از توالت تعيين شده يا زباله های موجود در ورزشگاه تسکين دهند. ٢٫١٨ .سيگار کشيدن، بخار کردن يا استفاده از هر گونه محصولات دخانی و همچنين هر وسيله الکترونيکی استعمال دخانيات در هر جايی غير از مناطق تعيين شده برای سيگار کشيدن در فضای باز، در صورتی که در استاديوم در دسترس قرار گرفته باشند و در غير اين صورت مشروط بر اينکه پروتکل های پزشکی قابل اجرا اجازه چنين فعاليتی را می دهد. ٢٫١٩آسيب به پوشش گياهی، باغ ها، محوطه سازی، سايت های فرهنگی يا ميراث طبيعی؛ ٢٫٢٠ استفاده از وسايلی که صدای بيش از حد توليد میکنند يا در بازی يا تماشای مسابقات فوتبال اختلال ايجاد میکنند، به استثنای دستگاههايی که توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد برای ابراز حمايت از تيمها و بازيکنان فوتبال تاييد شدهاند. ٢٫٢١ انجام هر رفتار ديگری يا سازماندهی چنين رفتاری که ممکن است با آسايش، ايمنی يا لذت مسابقه برای هر دارنده بليط، شخص معتبر، بازيکن يا مقام مسابقه ديگر تداخل داشته باشد يا ماهيت ورزشی مسابقه را مختل کند. ٢٫٢٢ ايجاد اختلال يا تداخل در عملکرد تاسيسات استاديوم، از جمله منبع تغذيه، روشنايی (از جمله روشنايی اضطراری)، تهويه، تامين آب، فاضلاب، تهويه مطبوع يا هر سيستم ديگری؛ ٢٫٢٣ .پرچم ها، بنرها يا پوسترها را روی سطوح سازه ها و تاسيسات در استاديوم ايمن/تثبيت کنيد، دوربين های مداربسته يا سيستم های تهويه مطبوع را بپوشانيد، پرچم ها، بنرها يا پوسترها را روی ديوارهای محيطی کنار زمين قرار دهيد (مگر اينکه توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد اجازه ديگری داده شده باشد) ،يا در غير اين صورت از پرچم ها به هر دليلی غير از جنبه های جشن و دوستانه استفاده کنيد. بنا به درخواست سازماندهندگان رويداد، دارندگان بليط بايد فوراً پرچمها، بنرها يا پوسترها را حذف کنند، از نمايش و/يا اجازه مصادره آن را بگيرند. ۴٢٫٢ نوشتن، رنگ آميزی يا ارسال هر چيزی بر روی عناصر ساختاری، تاسيسات يا معابر؛ ۵٢٫٢ .داشتن، استفاده ،نمايش، انتشار، ترويج يا مخابره هر گونه مطالب (شامل اما نه محدود به بنرها ،پرچمها، آگهیها، پوشاک و ساير لوازم جانبی) با ماهيت سياسی، توهين آميز و/يا تبعيض آميز، حاوی جمله بندی، نمادها يا هر ويژگی ديگر در هر نوع تبعيض عليه يک کشور، شخص خصوصی يا گروه به دليل نژاد، رنگ پوست، قوميت، منشاء ملی يا اجتماعی، جنسيت، ناتوانی، زبان، مذهب، عقايد سياسی يا هر عقيده ديگر، تولد، ثروت يا هر موقعيت ديگر ، گرايش جنسی يا هر دليل ديگری ۶٢٫٢ فروش يا پيشنهاد فروش هر گونه کالا( يا بليت در تخطی از شرايط فروش بليت فيفا و قوانين محلی)، جمعآوری و/يا توزيع مواد (از جمله مواد چاپی مانند آگهی ها، کتابچه ها و نشريات، مواد تبليغاتی و پوشاک) يا هر چيز ديگری، جمع آوری وجوه يا انجام ساير فعاليت های تبليغاتی يا تجاری بدون رضايت کتبی قبلی فيفا (از جمله نشان دادن مارک های قابل تشخيص يا علائم تجاری اشخاص حقوقی يا اشخاص برای اهداف تبليغاتی) و يا انجام هر نوع فعاليت تبليغاتی يا تبليغاتی ديگری. ٢٫٢٧ .درخواست کمکهای نقدی يا غيرنقدی (از جمله، اما نه محدود به نوازندگان، خوانندگان يا جمعآوران کمکهای خيريه در محيط استاديوم يا محل استاديوم) بدون مجوز کتبی از سازماندهندگان رويداد؛ ٢٫٢٨ انجام هر گونه فعاليت مربوط به قمار، شرط بندی يا طرفداری در دادگاه، از جمله شرط بندی پول يا ارزش خالص در يک رويداد و/يا مسابقه با نتيجه نامشخص؛ ٢٫٢٩ انجام هر گونه فعاليت مربوط به پيش بينی يا تلاش برای پيش بينی نتايج ورزشی برای سود مالی؛ ٢٫٣٠ پخش و/يا انتقال، از طريق تلفن همراه يا دستگاه های ديگر، نمرات مسابقه زنده يا هر فعاليت ديگری مربوط به مسابقه يا اطلاعات مربوط به فعاليت های مسابقه که از طريق سيستم آدرس عمومی The event organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on whether or not goods are allowed to enter the stadium, which must be respected. Behaviour at the Stadium 1. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must: 1.1. conduct themselves in a way that does not cause harm, injury, danger, unnecessary obstruction, alarm or discomfort to others, and does not cause any damage to property; 1.2. follow any and all instruc ons and direc ons given by the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials/officers; 1.3. access only the Stadium areas permi ed by their Ticket, or the Stadium areas determined by the function for which they hold an Accreditation, and they must access these areas only by the designated entrance(s), unless instructed otherwise by the relevant Event Organisers; 1.4. vacate their designated or occupied seat if instructed to do so by the relevant Event Organisers on grounds of safety and security; 1.5. wear a face mask or face shield permi ed under this Stadium Code of Conduct, when required by the Event Organisers or a local health authority, unless exempt on medical grounds evidenced by a medical certificate; 1.6. dispose of waste correctly, according to the mul -bin system provided at the Stadium; 1.7. immediately take the necessary steps to inform the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials if they are aware of an accident in or immediately surrounding the Stadium or any damage caused to any Stadium property. 2. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must NOT: 2.1. bring to, or store at, the Stadium any items prohibited under this Stadium Code of Conduct or any other applicable legislation, regulations, policies and procedures; 2.2. enter the field of play or areas immediately surrounding the field of play; 2.3. throw objects, substances or liquids of any kind, in par cular towards another person or in the direction of the field of play or the area surrounding the field of play; 2.4. start a fire, release or throw fireworks, flares, guns, smoke bombs or other smoke devices, pyrotechnic devices, or other devices that produce similar effects; 2.5. restrict, obstruct or block passages, gangways, staircases and streets, entrances and exits to the Stadium, access to seating areas and emergency exits, or obstruct or interfere with open zones to traffic, or otherwise act in a way that could cause crowding in a manner that creates a risk of a crowd crush, stampede or public disturbance; 2.6. access, or facilitate access for others to, areas that are closed to the public or to which access is not authorised to Ticket Holders or under the terms and conditions of Accreditation, such as Stadium operations rooms, VIP rooms, press rooms, etc.; 2.7. engage in any an -social behaviour, promote any violent, intimidating, threatening or damaging behaviour, or behave oneself, or demonstrate tendency to act in a violent, indecent, threatening and harmful manner or one that may disturb public order or cause offence to a reasonable person; 2.8. act in a manner that may be perceived as dangerous, provoca ve, threatening, offensive and/or discriminatory or may cause a person to fear for their safety; 2.9. in midate, bother, harass physically, sexually and/or mentally abuse any other person, including players and officials involved in the Match; 2.10. create or do any act that can pose any threat to life to oneself or others, or hurt or injure any person; 2.11. stand on seats in the spectator areas or unreasonably obstruct the view of Ticket Holders in any way, including standing in Stadium areas reserved for spectators with disability; 2.12. climb structures and installa ons prohibited for general use, such as closed fences, walls, wire fences, barriers, light poles, camera platforms, trees, pools or roof tops; 2.13. use clothing or other items to conceal the face or obstruct the person’s identity, other than mandatory face masks worn for health purposes, or national, cultural or religious headwear; 2.14. curse or chant in a poli cal, offensive and/or discriminatory manner; 2.15. act in an offensive or obscene manner by streaking, flashing, removing items of clothing or otherwise remain in a state of undress or reveal and/or expose intimate body parts or adopt behaviour which is likely to offend the current standards of decency in the Event Organisers’ reasonable opinion. For the avoidance of doubt, body tattoos and body paint do not constitute clothing; 2.16. show no ceable signs of being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics the Stadium; 2.17. relieve themselves in any place other than a designated toilet, or li er in the Stadium by dropping objects such as trash, packaging, empty containers, etc.; 2.18. smoke, vape or use any tobacco products as well as any electronic smoking device anywhere other than within outdoor designated smoking areas if they have been made available at the Stadium and otherwise provided that applicable medical protocols permit such activity; 2.19. damage vegeta on, gardens, landscaping, cultural or natural heritage sites; 2.20. use devices that generate excessive noise or that interfere with the playing or viewing of football matches, excluding devices approved by the Event Organisers as being intended for expressing support for football teams and players; 2.21. prac se any other conduct or organise such conduct that may interfere with the comfort, safety or enjoyment of the Competition for any other Ticket Holder, Accredited Person, player or Match official, or that may disrupt the sporting nature of the Competition; 2.22. disrupt or interfere with the opera on of Stadium u li es, including power supply, lighting (including emergency lighting), ventilation, water supply, sewerage, air conditioning or any other systems; 2.23. secure/fix flags, banners or posters to surfaces of structures and installa ons at the Stadium, cover CCTV cameras or air conditioning systems, place flags, banners or posters on the pitch-side perimeter walls (unless permitted otherwise by the Event Organisers), or otherwise use flags for any reason other than in a festive and friendly manner. Upon the request of the Event Organisers, Ticket Holders must immediately remove, stop demonstrating and/or permit the confiscation of any flags, banners or posters; 2.24. write, paint or post anything on structural elements, installa ons or passages; 2.25. possess, use, display, disseminate, promote or transmit any materials (including but not limited to banners, flags, flyers, apparel and other paraphernalia) of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature, containing wording, symbols or any other attributes aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or group on account of race, skin colour, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, birth, wealth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other grounds; 2.26. sell or offer to sell any goods (or Tickets in violation of applicable FIFA ticketing terms and local legislation), gather and/or distribute materials (including printed materials such as flyers, booklets and publications, advertising materials and apparel) or any objects whatsoever, raise funds or conduct other promotional or commercial activities without the prior written consent of FIFA (including demonstrating discernible brands or trademarks of legal entities or individuals for advertising purposes) nor conduct any other types of promotional or propaganda activities 2.27. solicit dona ons in cash or in kind (including but not limited to musicians, singers or collectors of charitable donations at the Stadium surroundings or on Stadium premises) without written authorisation from the Event Organisers; 2.28. conduct any ac vi es rela ng to gambling, be ng or court siding, including wagering of money or value-in-kind on an event and/or Match with an uncertain outcome; 2.29. conduct any activities related to predicting or attempting to predict sport results for financial gain; 2.30. relay and/or transmit, via mobile or other devices, the live Match scores or any other activity related to the Competition or information about Match activities that is announced via the public address system and/or giant screens located within the Stadium; 2.31. prac se any other ac vi es or adopt any behaviour that may compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Competition and/or Event Organisers, as determined by the Event Organisers in their sole discretion. 3. The Event Organisers reserve the right to make a final decision on whether any behaviour within the Stadium is prohibited. Ticket Holders or Accredited Persons who do not comply with the Event Organisers’ final decision may be refused entry to, or removed from, the Stadium

تماشاگران عزيزی که با مراجعه به وب سايت سامانه به آدرس footballeticket.ir ، با کدملی بليت خريده اند باید برای تماشای مسابقه و استقرار خود، مراحل ذيل را طی نمايند:
• با همراه داشتن کارت ملی يا شناسنامه، به درب ورودی مراجعه کرده و کارت ملی خود را به دستگاه بارکدخوان موجود در ورودی مذکور نزديک نماييد.(افرادی که با کد ملی بليت خريده اند نمی توانند با کارت ديگری بجز کارت ملی وارد ورزشگاه شوند.)
• در صورتيکه بليت مسابقه حاضر را خريداری کرده باشيد، چراغ ورودی سبز شده وشما ميتوانيد وارد استاديوم شويد.
• در محوطه ورزشگاه با استفاده از راهنمای محل استقرار و تابلوهای راهنمای نصب شده در ورزشگاه، گيتِ مرتبط با موقعيت استقرار خود را که در رسيد درج شده در سايت نمايش داده شده ،پيدا نماييد .
• با ورود به گيت مورد نظر و نزديک کردن کارت ملی خود به بارکدخوان، گيتِ مرتبط با موقعيت استقرار باز شده و شما میتوانيد وارد استاديوم شويد .
• با استفاده از راهنمای محل استقرار و راهنماهای نصب شده در استاديوم، بلوک، رديف و صندلی خود را پيدا کرده و مستقر شويد.
• در صورتيکه در استاديوم به هر علتی جهت استقرار با مشکل مواجه شديد، به بازرسان مستقر در ورزشگاه که کارتخوان همراه دارند، مراجعه نماييد.

اقلام خطرناک
• اسلحه از هر نوع (از جمله برای دفاع از خود)، مهمات يا اجزای تفنگ، اشياء سوراخدار يا تيغه دار ،چاقو، سلاحهای سرد يا اشيايی که امکان اعمال خشونت را فراهم می آورد.
• مواد منفجره، چاشنی ها و اقلامی که حاوی يا پنهان کننده چنين اقلام ممنوعه هستند.
هر شی ديگری که می تواند به عنوان سلاح، برای بريدن، يا چاقو زدن، يا به عنوان پرتابه استفاده شود، يا هر شيئی که به نظر برگزارکنندگان رويداد می تواند ايمنی ديگران را به خطر بيندازد، از جمله چتر يا چتر ساحلی، کلاه ايمنی موتورسيکلت، کلاه های سخت و ساير اشياء مشابه؛
• ابزار کار از هر نوع؛

• بطریها، فنجانها، کوزه ها، قوطی ها يا هر شکل ديگری از ظرف بسته يا درپوش که ممکن است پرتاب شود يا باعث آسيب شود، وهمچنين ساير اشياء ساخته شده از شيشه يا هر ماده شکستنی ديگر يا به ويژه بسته های سخت يا جعبه های حرارتی سخت.
• وسايل ورزشی (به استثنای لباس) مانند توپ های بادی، بدون در نظر گرفتن اندازه، و فريزبی.
• ساير اقلام باد شده يا بادی مانند بادکنک.
• دوچرخه، رولربليد، اسکيت برد، اسکوتر ضربه ای واسکوتر برقی .کالسکه های کودک مجاز به آوردن در محيط بيرونی استاديوم به شرط در دسترس بودن امکانات ذخيره سازی اختصاصی هستند.
• وسايل بزرگ مانند پله ها، نيمکت ها، صندلی های تاشو، جعبه ها، ظروف مقوايی، کيف های بزرگ، کوله پشتی، چمدان و کيف های ورزشی« .بزرگ« به معنای هر جسمی است که مجموع سه بعد طول، عرض و ارتفاع آنها از ٧٥ سانتیمتر تجاوز میکند و نمیتوان آنها را زير يک صندلی در ورزشگاه نگهداری کرد.
• مقادير قابل توجهی کاغذ يا هر رول کاغذ؛
• هر مقدار مواد پودری، آرد يا مواد مشابه (عناصر آرايشی کوچک مانند پودر فشرده، سايه، رژگونه ،رژ لب، براق و غيره مجاز است.)
مواد غذايی / مايعات / اقلام مصرفی
به استثنای ضدعفونی کننده های دستی که بيش از ١٠٠ ميلیليتر نباشد، هر مايعی که حاوی الکل باشد، از جمله هر گونه نوشيدنی الکلی ،
• هر مايع ديگر بيش از ١٠٠ ميلی ليتر، مگر اينکه اين مايعات در داخل ورزشگاه خريداری شود ،به استثنای( ١) شير بچه و آب استريل شده در ظروف (از جمله در ظروف شيشه ای) که بيش از ١ ليتر برای هر کودک نباشد، و( ٢) مايعات تا ٥٠٠ ميلی ليتری که به دلايل پزشکی مورد نياز است اما فقط در صورت ارائه گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برای آن در نظر گرفته شده است.
• اقلام غذايی از هر نوع، به استثنای مواردی که در داخل ورزشگاه تهيه شده باشد يا از نظر پزشکی مورد نياز باشد يا برای نوزادان يا نوزادان خردسال (حداکثر ١ ليتر برای هر کودک .(اقلام غذايی مورد نياز به دلايل پزشکی تنها در صورت ارائه گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برای آنها در نظر گرفته شده است، در داخل ورزشگاه مجاز خواهند بود .هر اقلام غذايی مجاز بايد در ظروفی بسته بندی شود که از شيشه ساخته نشده باشد يا در موارد ديگر مغاير با اين آيين نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه نباشد.
• مواد مخدر، مواد مخدر يا محرکها از هر نوع، به استثنای موادی که به دلايل پزشکی ضروری هستند، در صورتی که گواهی پزشکی به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی و در حضور شخصی که برايش در نظر گرفته شده باشد ارائه شود .داروهايی که توسط قانون ايران ممنوع يا محدود نشده اند، در مقادير بيش از يک بسته از بيش از ٧ داروی مختلف مجاز هستند و بايد در بسته بندی کارخانه باشند.

پرچم ها و اقلام سياسی / توهين آميز / تجاری
• هر گونه مواد، از جمله بنرها، پرچم ها، آگهی ها، پوشاک و ساير لوازم، که ماهيت سياسی ،توهين آميز و/يا تبعيض آميز دارند، حاوی عبارات، نمادها يا هر ويژگی ديگری با هدف تبعيض از هر نوع عليه يک کشور، اما نه محدود به آن، شخص يا گروه خصوصی به دليل نژاد، رنگ پوست ،قوميت، منشاء ملی يا اجتماعی، جنسيت، ناتوانی، زبان، مذهب، عقايد سياسی يا هر عقيده ديگری ،تولد، ثروت يا هر موقعيت ديگر، گرايش جنسی يا به هر دليل ديگری؛
• پرچمها، بنرها و پوسترها به استثنای آنهايی که ابعاد آنها از ٢ متر در ١٫٥ متر تجاوز نمیکند يا از قبل توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد به صورت کتبی تأييد نشده باشد، مشروط بر اينکه در تمام موارد اين پرچمها، بنرها يا پوسترها از مواد غير قابل اشتعال ساخته شده باشند. به هيچ وجه تحت اين آيين نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه ممنوع نيست .همه اين موارد بايد در ورودی استاديوم برای بازرسی توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد ارائه شوند.
ميله های پرچم از هر نوع، به استثنای ميله های منعطف يا به اصطلاح دو قطبی ساخته شده از پلاستيک غيرقابل اشتعال که از ١ متر طول و ١ سانتیمتر قطر تجاوز نمیکنند و در غير اين صورت توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد خطر ايمنی تلقی نمی شوند.
• هر شیء تبليغاتی يا تجاری، پوشاک يا مواد ديگر
• اقلام الکترونيکی، موسيقی و مخابراتی
• دستگاه های راديويی الکترونيکی يا فرکانس بالا يا هر وسيله ديگری که ممکن است منجر به قطع يا خرابی پخش يا عملکرد فناوری اطلاعات در ورزشگاه شود.

• بيش از يک مجموعه باتری اضافی يا واحدهای قابل شارژ برای هر دستگاهی که طبق اين آيين نامه اخلاق ورزشگاه مجاز است 1 .پاوربانک در هر اندازه برای هر نفر مجاز است.
• هر نوع پايه برای تجهيزات عکس و فيلم، مانند سه پايه، مونوپاد و ميله های »سلفی«؛
• هواپيماهای بدون سرنشين و هر هواپيمای کنترل از راه دور؛
• دوربين های دوچشمی (به استثنای مواردی که توسط دارندگان بليط کم بينا که دارای گواهی پزشکی معتبر به زبان انگليسی يا فارسی هستند) و ساير تجهيزات بزرگنمايی نوری، به جز لنزهای دوربين عکاسی برای مقاصد غيرحرفه ای استفاده می شود.
برگزارکنندگان رويداد اين حق را برای خود محفوظ میدارند که تصميم نهايی را در مورد ممنوعيت ورود يا ورود کالا به ورزشگاه بگيرند، که بايد رعايت شود.

رفتار در استاديوم

٢٫٣ .پرتاب اشيا، مواد يا مايعات از هر نوع، به ويژه به سمت شخص ديگری يا در جهت زمين بازی يا منطقه اطراف زمين بازی.
۴٢٫ آتش زدن، رها کردن يا پرتاب آتش بازی، شراره، اسلحه، بمب دودزا يا ساير وسايل دودزا، وسايل آتشنشان يا ساير وسايلی که اثرات مشابهی دارند.

٢٫٧ انجام هر گونه رفتار ضداجتماعی، ترويج هر گونه رفتار خشونت آميز، ارعاب کننده، تهديدآميز يا آسيب زننده ،يا رفتار خود ،يا نشان دادن تمايل به رفتار خشونت آميز، ناشايست، تهديدآميز و مضر يا رفتاری که ممکن است نظم عمومی را مختل کند يا موجب توهين به يک فرد شود. فرد معقول؛
٢٫٨ به گونهای عمل کنيد که ممکن است خطرناک، تحريکآميز، تهديدآميز، توهي نآميز و/يا تبعيض آميز تلقی شود يا ممکن است باعث ترس فرد از امنيت خود شود.
٢٫٩ ترساندن، اذيت کردن، آزار و اذيت جسمی، جنسی و/يا ذهنی هر شخص ديگری، از جمله بازيکنان و مقامات درگير در مسابقه؛
٢٫١٠ ايجاد يا انجام هر عملی که می تواند تهديدی برای زندگی خود يا ديگران باشد ،يا آسيب رساندن يا آسيب رساندن به شخصی؛

۵٢٫١ به روشی توهين آميز يا ناپسند با خط زدن، چشمک زدن، درآوردن اقلام لباس يا باقی ماندن در حالت درآوردن يا آشکار کردن و/يا افشای اعضای بدن يا اتخاذ رفتاری که احتمالاً به استانداردهای نجابت فعلی در سازمان دهندگان رويداد توهين می کند.
نظر معقول. برای جلوگيری از شک، خالکوبی بدن و رنگ بدن به منزله لباس نيستند.
۶٢٫١علائم قابل توجهی از قرار گرفتن تحت تأثير الکل، مواد مخدر يا هر ماده مخدر را نشان می دهد .
٢٫١٧ .با انداختن اشيايی مانند زباله، بسته بندی، ظروف خالی و غيره، خود را در هر مکانی غير از توالت تعيين شده يا زباله های موجود در ورزشگاه تسکين دهند.
٢٫١٨ .سيگار کشيدن، بخار کردن يا استفاده از هر گونه محصولات دخانی و همچنين هر وسيله الکترونيکی استعمال دخانيات در هر جايی غير از مناطق تعيين شده برای سيگار کشيدن در فضای باز، در صورتی که در استاديوم در دسترس قرار گرفته باشند و در غير اين صورت مشروط بر اينکه پروتکل های پزشکی قابل اجرا اجازه چنين فعاليتی را می دهد.
٢٫١٩آسيب به پوشش گياهی، باغ ها، محوطه سازی، سايت های فرهنگی يا ميراث طبيعی؛
٢٫٢٠ استفاده از وسايلی که صدای بيش از حد توليد میکنند يا در بازی يا تماشای مسابقات فوتبال اختلال ايجاد میکنند، به استثنای دستگاههايی که توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد برای ابراز حمايت از تيمها و بازيکنان فوتبال تاييد شدهاند.

٢٫٢٣ .پرچم ها، بنرها يا پوسترها را روی سطوح سازه ها و تاسيسات در استاديوم ايمن/تثبيت کنيد، دوربين های مداربسته يا سيستم های تهويه مطبوع را بپوشانيد، پرچم ها، بنرها يا پوسترها را روی ديوارهای محيطی کنار زمين قرار دهيد (مگر اينکه توسط برگزارکنندگان رويداد اجازه ديگری داده شده باشد) ،يا در غير اين صورت از پرچم ها به هر دليلی غير از جنبه های جشن و دوستانه استفاده کنيد. بنا به درخواست سازماندهندگان رويداد، دارندگان بليط بايد فوراً پرچمها، بنرها يا پوسترها را حذف کنند، از نمايش و/يا اجازه مصادره آن را بگيرند.
۴٢٫٢ نوشتن، رنگ آميزی يا ارسال هر چيزی بر روی عناصر ساختاری، تاسيسات يا معابر؛
۵٢٫٢ .داشتن، استفاده ،نمايش، انتشار، ترويج يا مخابره هر گونه مطالب (شامل اما نه محدود به بنرها ،پرچمها، آگهیها، پوشاک و ساير لوازم جانبی) با ماهيت سياسی، توهين آميز و/يا تبعيض آميز، حاوی جمله بندی، نمادها يا هر ويژگی ديگر در هر نوع تبعيض عليه يک کشور، شخص خصوصی يا گروه به دليل نژاد، رنگ پوست، قوميت، منشاء ملی يا اجتماعی، جنسيت، ناتوانی، زبان، مذهب، عقايد سياسی يا هر عقيده ديگر، تولد، ثروت يا هر موقعيت ديگر ، گرايش جنسی يا هر دليل ديگری
۶٢٫٢ فروش يا پيشنهاد فروش هر گونه کالا( يا بليت در تخطی از شرايط فروش بليت فيفا و قوانين محلی)، جمعآوری و/يا توزيع مواد (از جمله مواد چاپی مانند آگهی ها، کتابچه ها و نشريات، مواد تبليغاتی و پوشاک) يا هر چيز ديگری، جمع آوری وجوه يا انجام ساير فعاليت های تبليغاتی يا تجاری بدون رضايت کتبی قبلی فيفا (از جمله نشان دادن مارک های قابل تشخيص يا علائم تجاری اشخاص حقوقی يا اشخاص برای اهداف تبليغاتی) و يا انجام هر نوع فعاليت تبليغاتی يا تبليغاتی ديگری.
٢٫٢٧ .درخواست کمکهای نقدی يا غيرنقدی (از جمله، اما نه محدود به نوازندگان، خوانندگان يا جمعآوران کمکهای خيريه در محيط استاديوم يا محل استاديوم) بدون مجوز کتبی از سازماندهندگان رويداد؛
٢٫٢٨ انجام هر گونه فعاليت مربوط به قمار، شرط بندی يا طرفداری در دادگاه، از جمله شرط بندی پول يا ارزش خالص در يک رويداد و/يا مسابقه با نتيجه نامشخص؛
٢٫٢٩ انجام هر گونه فعاليت مربوط به پيش بينی يا تلاش برای پيش بينی نتايج ورزشی برای سود مالی؛
٢٫٣٠ پخش و/يا انتقال، از طريق تلفن همراه يا دستگاه های ديگر، نمرات مسابقه زنده يا هر فعاليت ديگری مربوط به مسابقه يا اطلاعات مربوط به فعاليت های مسابقه که از طريق سيستم آدرس عمومی و/يا صفحه نمايش های غول پيکر واقع در ورزشگاه اعلام می شود.
٢٫٣١ هر گونه فعاليت ديگری را انجام دهيد يا هر رفتاری را اتخاذ کنيد که ممکن است امنيت عمومی را به خطر بيندازد و/يا به شهرت مسابقه و/يا برگزارکنندگان رويداد آسيب برساند، همانطور که برگزارکنندگان رويداد به صلاحديد خود تعيين میکنند.

• Electronic, mechanical, or hand-held devices that produce voices or other excessively loud sounds, such as vuvuzelas, whistles, loudspeakers, etc. Drum heaters are also prohibited. • Any type of mount for photo and video equipment, such as tripods, monopods and "selfie" sticks;
• Drones and any remotely controlled aircraft;
• Binoculars (except those used by visually impaired ticket holders who hold a valid medical certificate in English or Persian) and other optical magnifying equipment, except photographic camera lenses, for non-professional purposes.
The event organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on whether or not goods are allowed to enter the stadium, which must be respected.

Behaviour at the Stadium

1. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must:
1.1. conduct themselves in a way that does not cause harm, injury, danger, unnecessary obstruction, alarm or discomfort to others, and does not cause any damage to property;
1.2. follow any and all instruc ons and direc ons given by the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials/officers;
1.3. access only the Stadium areas permi ed by their Ticket, or the Stadium areas determined by the function for which they hold an Accreditation, and they must access these areas only by the designated entrance(s), unless instructed otherwise by the relevant Event Organisers;
1.4. vacate their designated or occupied seat if instructed to do so by the relevant Event Organisers on grounds of safety and security;
1.5. wear a face mask or face shield permi ed under this Stadium Code of Conduct, when required by the Event Organisers or a local health authority, unless exempt on medical grounds evidenced by a medical certificate;
1.6. dispose of waste correctly, according to the mul -bin system provided at the Stadium;
1.7. immediately take the necessary steps to inform the Event Organisers, police or other emergency services officials if they are aware of an accident in or immediately surrounding the Stadium or any damage caused to any Stadium property.
2. Unless expressly authorised by the Event Organisers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must NOT:
2.1. bring to, or store at, the Stadium any items prohibited under this Stadium Code of Conduct or any other applicable legislation, regulations, policies and procedures; 2.2. enter the field of play or areas immediately surrounding the field of play;
2.3. throw objects, substances or liquids of any kind, in par cular towards another person or in the direction of the field of play or the area surrounding the field of play;
2.4. start a fire, release or throw fireworks, flares, guns, smoke bombs or other smoke devices, pyrotechnic devices, or other devices that produce similar effects;
2.5. restrict, obstruct or block passages, gangways, staircases and streets, entrances and exits to the Stadium, access to seating areas and emergency exits, or obstruct or interfere with open zones to traffic, or otherwise act in a way that could cause crowding in a manner that creates a risk of a crowd crush, stampede or public disturbance;
2.6. access, or facilitate access for others to, areas that are closed to the public or to which access is not authorised to Ticket Holders or under the terms and conditions of Accreditation, such as Stadium operations rooms, VIP rooms, press rooms, etc.;
2.7. engage in any an -social behaviour, promote any violent, intimidating, threatening or damaging behaviour, or behave oneself, or demonstrate tendency to act in a violent, indecent, threatening and harmful manner or one that may disturb public order or cause offence to a reasonable person;
2.8. act in a manner that may be perceived as dangerous, provoca ve, threatening, offensive and/or discriminatory or may cause a person to fear for their safety;
2.9. in midate, bother, harass physically, sexually and/or mentally abuse any other person, including players and officials involved in the Match;
2.10. create or do any act that can pose any threat to life to oneself or others, or hurt or injure any person;
2.11. stand on seats in the spectator areas or unreasonably obstruct the view of Ticket Holders in any way, including standing in Stadium areas reserved for spectators with disability;
2.12. climb structures and installa ons prohibited for general use, such as closed fences, walls, wire fences, barriers, light poles, camera platforms, trees, pools or roof tops;
2.13. use clothing or other items to conceal the face or obstruct the person’s identity, other than mandatory face masks worn for health purposes, or national, cultural or religious headwear;
2.14. curse or chant in a poli cal, offensive and/or discriminatory manner;
2.15. act in an offensive or obscene manner by streaking, flashing, removing items of clothing or otherwise remain in a state of undress or reveal and/or expose intimate body parts or adopt behaviour which is likely to offend the current standards of decency in the Event Organisers’ reasonable
opinion. For the avoidance of doubt, body tattoos and body paint do not constitute clothing;
2.16. show no ceable signs of being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics the Stadium;
2.17. relieve themselves in any place other than a designated toilet, or li er in the Stadium by dropping objects such as trash, packaging, empty containers, etc.;
2.18. smoke, vape or use any tobacco products as well as any electronic smoking device anywhere other than within outdoor designated smoking areas if they have been made available at the Stadium and otherwise provided that applicable medical protocols permit such activity;
2.19. damage vegeta on, gardens, landscaping, cultural or natural heritage sites;
2.20. use devices that generate excessive noise or that interfere with the playing or viewing of football matches, excluding devices approved by the Event Organisers as being intended for expressing support for football teams and players;
2.21. prac se any other conduct or organise such conduct that may interfere with the comfort, safety or enjoyment of the Competition for any other Ticket Holder, Accredited Person, player or Match official, or that may disrupt the sporting nature of the Competition;
2.22. disrupt or interfere with the opera on of Stadium u li es, including power supply, lighting (including emergency lighting), ventilation, water supply, sewerage, air conditioning or any other systems;
2.23. secure/fix flags, banners or posters to surfaces of structures and installa ons at the Stadium, cover CCTV cameras or air conditioning systems, place flags, banners or posters on the pitch-side perimeter walls (unless permitted otherwise by the Event Organisers), or otherwise use flags for any reason other than in a festive and friendly manner. Upon the request of the Event Organisers, Ticket Holders must immediately remove, stop demonstrating and/or permit the confiscation of any flags, banners or posters;
2.24. write, paint or post anything on structural elements, installa ons or passages;
2.25. possess, use, display, disseminate, promote or transmit any materials (including but not limited to banners, flags, flyers, apparel and other paraphernalia) of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature, containing wording, symbols or any other attributes aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or group on account of race, skin colour, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, birth, wealth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other grounds;
2.26. sell or offer to sell any goods (or Tickets in violation of applicable FIFA ticketing terms and local legislation), gather and/or distribute materials (including printed materials such as flyers, booklets and publications, advertising materials and apparel) or any objects whatsoever, raise funds or conduct other promotional or commercial activities without the prior written consent of FIFA (including demonstrating discernible brands or trademarks of legal entities or individuals for advertising purposes) nor conduct any other types of promotional or propaganda activities
2.27. solicit dona ons in cash or in kind (including but not limited to musicians, singers or collectors of charitable donations at the Stadium surroundings or on Stadium premises) without written authorisation from the Event Organisers;
2.28. conduct any ac vi es rela ng to gambling, be ng or court siding, including wagering of money or value-in-kind on an event and/or Match with an uncertain outcome;
2.29. conduct any activities related to predicting or attempting to predict sport results for financial gain;
2.30. relay and/or transmit, via mobile or other devices, the live Match scores or any other activity related to the Competition or information about Match activities that is announced via the public address system and/or giant screens located within the Stadium;
2.31. prac se any other ac vi es or adopt any behaviour that may compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Competition and/or Event Organisers, as determined by the Event Organisers in their sole discretion.
3. The Event Organisers reserve the right to make a final decision on whether any behaviour within the Stadium is prohibited. Ticket Holders or Accredited Persons who do not comply with the Event Organisers’ final decision may be refused entry to, or removed from, the Stadium
